BRAND APPLICATION & DESIGN SYSTEMS
Freelance collaboration
THE CHALLENGE
Creating a consistent brand presence across events, print and digital channels, while giving emnify’s marketing team practical templates they could use independently.
MY ROLE
Developing brand applications within emnify’s existing identity, from exhibition graphics and collateral to social templates and event videos. Working directly with the marketing team to shape the designs and advise on their application.

CREATIVE DIRECTION
One identity. Across every application.
I began by reviewing emnify’s website, social channels and previous materials. Its digital patterns and futuristic imagery provided a clear starting point: a brand connected to technology and progress, with an expression that needed to remain professional and approachable.
Working with the existing logo, typography, colours and brand elements, I developed a consistent approach to layout and imagery. The aim was to give communications across different industries and formats a recognisable emnify character.

TEMPLATES & TOOLS
Designed for everyday use.
emnify needed materials that its marketing team could adapt themselves. I created social media and collateral templates with clear layouts and a consistent visual hierarchy, making it straightforward to update content while preserving the identity.
The templates gave the team a practical starting point for future communications. Rather than building each piece from scratch, they could work within an established structure and prepare new materials for publication.
Working directly with marketing, I refined the designs through internal review and feedback. Over time, this established a shared visual standard, with new work generally requiring only a small round of adjustments.

EVENT DESIGN
A consistent presence in physical spaces.
For exhibitions, the challenge was to balance emnify’s darker brand colours with enough white space to create an open, welcoming presence. I adapted layouts and content to the scale of each surface, keeping key messages clear and readable from a distance.
The marketing team and stand builder supplied renders and initial content ideas. I developed the exhibition graphics and contributed recommendations on placement and visual balance, drawing on more than 15 years of hands-on exhibition experience.
That experience helped me consider how the designs would work in the finished space, including sightlines, production constraints and the relationship between graphics and structure. The resulting materials were used at events, with positive feedback from the marketing team on the stands’ look and feel.
